Plates and construction elements - vertical transport
The new basic type IP10 is an innovation based on the familiar ‘IPZ’ and ‘IPN’ lifting clamps.
The IPU10 model is there to replace the ‘IPUZ’ and ‘IPUN’ types of clamps. These new models have a larger jaw opening, which makes it possible to lift plates with very different thicknesses by using one and the same clamp. In addition, the clamp design emphasizes ergonomy and practical handleability. IP offers you safe, user-friendly quality products at reasonable prices.
  • All ‘IP’ vertical plate lifting clamps may be locked in the closed and in the open position.
  • All ‘IP’ vertical plate lifting clamps can turn plates by 180.
  • All ‘IP’ vertical plate clamps may be used to lift materials with a hardness of up to 345 Brinell (37 Rc); in other words: they may be utilized for almost all commonly used types of steel.

OPTIONAL DESIGNS

IP 10
The type IPU10 vertical lifting clamp is used for lifting, turning (180°) and vertical transfer of steel plates and constructions. The hinged hoisting eye allows the user to place and lift the load from virtually any direction. All IPU10 clamps are built with a latch that locks in both the open and closed positions. This allows the operator to easily position the clamp, close the latch and move away from the load before the lift begins. IPU10 clamps with working load limits of 12 tons and up have special hook-up devices built in to assist in the placement of these large-sized clamps.

To avoid overloading your clamp, please refer
to figures 1 and 2. Higher working load limits
and different jaw apertures are available upon request. The new basic type IPU10 is an innovation based on the familiar ‘IPUZ’ lifting clamps. The new models have a larger jaw.

IPBKZ
for the transfer and stacking of steel beams
Lifting clamp IPBKZ:
suitable for the lifting, transfer and stacking of steel beams.

The IPBKZ lifting clamp is fitted with a
locking device for both opened and closed positions. The IPBKZ lifting clamp keeps the flanges of the beam vertical during the transfer, which facilitates stacking the beams in flanges.

IPTK
Multipurpose lifting clamp for steel beams IPTK:
Suitable for application as a lifting clamp, tackle-eye clamp and as a lashing clamp. Load carrying capacity up to 15° from the center line of the clamp.
The IPTK clamp is fitted with a screwed spindle for attachment of the clamp to the beam.

Also available: multipurpose beam clamp model IPTKW without hoisting eye. All other parts and functions of the IPTKW clamp are identical to those of the IPTK beam clamp.

The IPTK/IPTKW clamps with a W.L.L. of 3 metric t and up may also be used for fall-arrest.

IPSC
Positioning and pulling clamp

Positioning & Pulling clamp IPSC:
Suitable for use at the positioning and turning of steel plates and sections

To be used exclusively as a positioning & pulling clamp. Suitable for steel with a surface hardness up to 30 Rc.
